Buying a watch online in Morocco with confidence

Ordering a watch online in Morocco always raises the same questions: is it safe? Will I receive the right watch? And what if I do not like it? Here is how to buy online with peace of mind, and how it works at Ani9 Luxury.

Choose cash on delivery

Cash on delivery remains the most reassuring way to buy in Morocco: you pay nothing online, and you pay the courier in cash only once the parcel is in your hands. With us it is the only payment method: no prepayment, no bank card asked.

Check the parcel before paying

• Open the parcel in front of the courier.
• Check that the watch matches the photo and the colour you ordered.
• Inspect the crystal, the case and the strap, then set the time.
• If something is wrong, you can refuse the parcel.

How to recognise a serious shop

• Clear information: movement, diameter, water resistance and materials on every product page.
• A final price shown before you order, delivery included.
• An address and a contact you can reach (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• A written return policy, available before you buy.
• No “replicas”: a watch sold as a copy of a big brand is a counterfeit and cannot legally be sold. Beware of big-brand prices divided by ten.

How an order works at Ani9 Luxury

• Order: choose your watch and leave your name, phone, city and address.
• Confirmation: our team calls you or writes on WhatsApp to confirm.
